This shows the layout of the proposed new buildings on site. Note that the 3 cottages that are NOT to be demolished are NOT shown on this diagram (they would be at the top left of the site plan) . The approximate site coverage, including the 3 cottages, is 40% - up to 35% is allowable in a residential 6A zone.
Introduction
